If you have the CDs you may be able to send them to EA, and they send them/others back with CD keys. This happened to me with Starcraft. I let a friend borrow it, his parents threw out the case with the CD-key on it. Blizzard was good about it, dunno how EA will react. If you're not aiming to play online, and assuming that you're not just making stuff up (hint: if you're going to pirate, at least be discreet about it ), then there are a few unsupported options available. EA is not famed for their customer relations, so I doubt going the official way will even really work out for you.

You might even be able to find a plaintext CD key that somebody has posted on some website if you're lucky. Only thing is I never throw anything away, and finally found the CD key on the back of a sleeve sitting at the bottom of a drawer somewhere. I lost my cd key for my game. I called up Blizzard and they told me they couldnt give me a new key but if I sent them the old CD and manual and whatever, they would send me a new box. Blizzard's customer service is terrible and it took me two weeks to get it, but I got it in the end.
